What we collect
- Your email address, to send your receipt, your private edit link, reminders before your minute plays, and anything important about your minute.
- What you put on your page: your name or the names you choose, your words, photo and links. These are public once approved, so only add what you're happy for anyone to see.
- The date, time, place and year of your minute.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We see that you paid, not your card number.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
Why we're allowed to
To provide the thing you bought (contract), to keep the site safe and moderated (legitimate interests), and to keep records the law requires (legal obligation). We don't send marketing unless you've said yes.
Who helps us
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and photo storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and, if you order a print, our print partner. Some of them may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
For as long as you hold your minute (25 years) plus [6 years] for accounting records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Deleting your data means removing your page.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own admin area.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us. If you're not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
